Fitness!!! If you think its punishment or torture
then you are not going to stick with it.
Two important things that we can do for our bodies as young people is to
choose healthy eating and exercise regularly. We often feel like healthy living
is an impossible goal that requires tedious steps. Well, anything worth having
requires a little more effort, there is no magic pill or potion to getting fit.
You have to embrace health and fitness as a lifestyle through your daily
fitness routine. First of all this is not to help you how to lose weight or
train you for a marathon but simply to get you to make some changes to be more
healthy and help you get started on a life long journey to keep your body
feeling and looking healthy daily as a young person.
STEP 1: 10 minutes exercise
Yes 10 minute. In fitness language that is more
than enough time to get in shape. You may not be interested in going to the gym
or jogging or evening doing any sports but simply taking a walk or dancing is
better than nothing.
STEP 2: Talk to God
No joke. Most of the time we never really think
that stress and anxiety affects our bodies in anyway. Our minds need to have a
daily exercise. Before you start your day take a minute or two and ask God to
guide you through your day. Read something that uplifts your spirits the bible
or a motivational quote.
Happy Body, Happy Mind, Happy Life!!!!
