GETTING BACK INTO SHAPE AFTER PREGNANCY

Pregnancy is a natural phenomenon that every woman goes through in their lifetime. Gaining weight during pregnancy is part of a normal pregnancy and after pregnancy it is very important to get back into shape. During pregnancy the body gets more weight, fluids and blood running through the veins. Because the body is containing two bodies the eating rate the body calorie intake increases so as to also cater for the unborn baby, hence the reason why the body size and everything increases.

Therefore it is very important to maintain body shape after pregnancy and keep fit and healthy again. The following ways can help a woman to keep a good shape after pregnancy;

Gym equipment and postpartum weight loss

Essential calories

Timing is everything

Decreasing calorie intake

The importance of a good night rest
Exercise after baby
