HOW ESSENTIAL ARE SQUARTS?

Squats are one of the exercises that require no equipment and can be done just about anywhere and it does not require any fancy or expensive outfit, all it requires is a pair of your sneakers, a legging and a vest.. Squats help to improve both the upper and lower body strength, burn more fat as we all know that one of the most time efficient ways to burn more calories is actually to gain more muscle so for every pound of additional muscle one gains, the body will burn an additional calories per day.

To squat also helps to maintain mobility and balance, strong legs are crucial for staying mobile as one gets older and squats are phenomenal for increasing leg strength. On the other hand squat exercise helps to prevent injuries; they also improve the range of motion in ankles and hips, they also boost our sports performance as squats helped athletes run faster and jump higher. Indeed exercise is a key player in disease reduction, emotional and physical health, it also slow down the rate of aging itself. Even though squats are more familiar with women as they built the bodies that they have long been dying for, men just like women who go through squat exercises.

Exercising have now become a lifestyle as we travel along the city in the evening one cannot miss a group of people keeping fit with road works after a long day of work and then usually sum it up with squats.
